You are a trademark attorney, IP lawyer, or in-house counsel with a passion for IP and preferably experience in corporate law in the broadest sense. You assist clients in managing their IP portfolio and numerous (litigious) legal matters, and you draft agreements in which intellectual property plays a key role. You enjoy negotiating, whilst taking the client’s interests into account. You value a pragmatic approach when interacting with clients and agents abroad and communicate fluently in Dutch and English, and in French where possible.
You are an analytical person who maintains an overview and shares the enthusiasm of a dynamic team that values autonomy highly. You know how to inspire people.
Ghent, Mechelen, and Leuven (as a base for visiting many of our clients) are accessible workplaces for you, and you are looking for a new challenge.
